You create a class, resource (includes teacher, lab, playground etc.) or a subject by simply double clicking on the relevant button at the top. As you do this the item gets added to the grid. If you wish to create multiple classes, resources or subjects in one go you click the Multi tab instead of Single. You can create upto 999 such classes, resources or subjects. What is more, you can set a variety of properties for each class, resource or subjects relating to their availability among other things. The graphic in the grid reflects the property of an item. For example, a class that is a group of more than one class e.g., VIII A/B/C is shaded, a part time resource is partially shaded and so on. Filters to the right enable you to see only those items that are relevant. Clicking on an item shows you its properties on the extreme left. It is possible to select an item from a text list too. |
